Pasta has always been one of my vices. I remember back when I first started cooking, pasta was always my go-to meal to whip up on any given day. It's quick, it's cheap, it's filling, and you can alter and customize pretty much any recipe that calls for it. Add veggies, add sauce, add meat, and you have yourself a meal.

Something that's not so great about pasta? The carbs. UGH - I hate that I'm even being that person who's complaining about carbs, but let's be real -- sometimes carbs can be a big pain in the ass when you're trying to stay on track or trying to cut out certain things.

In my case, well - carbs, don't, errrr, do very well with me. My body doesn't respond particularly well to them anymore, so I've had to get crafty over the last couple of years if I still want to enjoy them. And I do. Please... give me all of the carbs.
