Berry-Infused Skinny Superfood Smoothie


Creamy and luscious, The Blissful Berry-Infused Superfood Smoothie is bursting with flavor and nutrition.

Ingredients:

• ½ Cup Strawberries
• ½ Cup Raspberries
• ½ Cup Cherries
• 1 Cup Coconut Milk
• A Generous Handful of Frozen Grapes
• 2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
• 2 Tablespoons of Ground Flaxseeds

To Prepare:

Rinse the berries. Chop and de-pit the cherries. Place the berries, grapes, lemon juice, and coconut milk into a blender, then add the flaxseeds as the final step so they swim in the coconut milk.
This technique will ensure that the flaxseeds don’t get stuck to the blender's blades.
