Oh yea. We're starting 2014 off with a bang. No salads here! Steak fajitas is what we're making today.

Its time to get hot and spicy, my friends. Make it rain fajitas in your house tonight!

1lb flank steak, sliced thin
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 larger red bell pepper, sliced into strips
1 onion, sliced into rings
2 tablespoon lawry's seasoned salt (or any spice blend of choice)
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 green onions, sliced
1 lime

Heat up 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet on medium heat. Add in your bell pepper and onion then sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of seasoning and 1/2 tablespoon of chili powder and saute until vegetables are cooked through. Set aside in a plate nearby.

Season steak slices with remaining seasoning and chili powder. Heat up remaining olive oil in the same skillet and brown steak on both sides until it reaches your desired doneness. Add in your cooked vegetables then squeeze in the juice from 1 lime. Toss to coat, top with green onions, and enjoy!
