I figured it was time to talk about pizza again. I mean, its been 2 whole weeks since we last discussed it and I'm feeling like I lost myself a little there. And look! Pizza rolls.

What better way to eat it again than in a cool shape?


Glorious, fabulous, delicious, totally customizable pizza rolls. No really - you can literally top them with anything. Chicken (like I did!), sausage, butternut squash - whatever makes your skirt fly up.


I mean, they're not the prettiest little things to look at.. but shut your eyes and stuff your face and you will forget all about it.

chicken pizza rolls

1lb pizza dough
1/2 cup marinara sauce, store bought it fine
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 cup cooked chicken, chopped
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Preheat your oven to 400.
Roll out your pizza dough and spread on your marinara sauce. Sprinkle on your mozzarella cheese, and top with chicken, garlic powder and black pepper.

Carefully roll up your dough into a log and cut 1" - 1 1/2" slices off. Lay slices face up on a greased baking sheet and cook for 15-20 minutes or until dough is cooked and cheese is bubbly.

Remove from baking sheet, allow to cool for a couple of minutes and enjoy! x M
