2 minute homemade bbq sauce


You know whats more fun then making homemade bbq sauce? Nothing. Just kidding. There is probably a lot more fun things to do then make homemade bbq sauce. However, its a close second!


The entire summer, and for every BBQ we've had, I've been ditching the store bought and making my very own BBQ sauce to smother all of my grilling adventures in. No reeeeeally guys - once you make your own you won't ever buy it again. Its the easiest recipe ever, because obviously why would I want to make something difficult.



As most of you know, I teamed up with Hebrew National this summer to showcase their delicious beef franks, and talk about how Mr. D eats way too many of them. Those dogs up there ^... all for him. Its how he rolls. He loves his beef franks.

Especially when they are smothered in my BBQ sauce. Boom.

2 minute homemade bbq sauce

1/2 cup ketchup 
4 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar 
1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional to add some spice)

Stir all of the ingredients together until smooth. Use right away or store in the fridge for 3-4 days.
