French Bread Pizza's

Wanna know one of the worlds most easiest dinners to make? That has 4 million different possible varieties? That also tastes amazing and looks like you actually put effort into it?

When in reality you were in yoga pants with your hair slightly slipping out of its "oh I had 4 seconds to do this" ponytail while Real Housewives of New Jersey plays in the background?

Which by the waaaaay, RHONJ came back for another season last night so obviously I was glued to my TV and Mr. D had to chisel me off of it when it ended. So much drama. So so so much drama.

Its great.

I mean, whats a Sunday night without pizza and trashy reality TV?

*Note: Two different varieties of this pizza are pictured. You can literally top them off with anything to make any pizza of your choice.

BBQ Chicken French Bread Pizza
1 french bread loaf, cut in half
1 cup bbq sauce
1 cup cooked chicken, diced
1 cup mozzarella cheese
green onion for garnish

Buffalo Chicken French Bread Pizza
1 french bread load, cut in half
1 cup hot sauce
1 cup cooked chicken, diced
1 cup cheddar cheese
cilantro for garnish

Preheat oven to 400. Cut french breads in half and set them on a baking sheet. Spread 1/2 of your sauce evenly onto each loaf and mix the other half with your diced chicken. Top loaves with coated chicken and cheese. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until bread is golden and cheese is bubbly.

Remove from oven, top with your garnish and enjoy!
