Sriracha Pizza

Yup I've really done it now. I've really lost my mind. The sriracha obsession continues, and I'm so, so sorry. But really, I'm not. This was so freakin' good that I can't wait to make it again.

As in - when I'm done writing this post.

 Looooord help me. I was craving pizza the other day (when am I not?) and just needed it in my face. But, in true Mel fashion, I opened my fridge and was like "Naw, I'll just do this instead". Why? Because thats what I do. I take things that are so simply classic and turn them into something so not classic but hey.. das what I do, boo.

Sriracha Pizza

1lb Pizza Dough
1 T Sriracha Sauce
3 T Franks Hot Sauce
1 cup Cooked Chicken, diced
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
2 Green Onions, diced
1/2 t Sesame Seeds

Preheat your oven to 400.
Roll out your pizza dough onto a greased baking sheet. Mix sriracha sauce with half of your hot sauce and spread it evenly on your pizza dough. Sprinkle on half of your mozzarella cheese.

In a bowl combined your diced cook chicken with the rest of your hot sauce. Toss together to coat. Spread your chicken around the pizza dough evenly, then sprinkle on the rest of your mozzarella cheese. Top with green onions and sesame seeds and cook in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
