Garlic Knots


I could eat 74 of these at once.

Well, probably not at once - like - at the same time, but definitely in one sitting. Without a doubt. I couldn't definitely eat 74 of these within a few minutes. I could be the next big circus hit. "Girl eats 74 garlic knots in 3 minutes, now pay us to watch". Seriously guys, I'm in the wrong business.


Oh, and like, speaking of being in the wrong business.. I always wanted to work/own a pizzeria. It would never happen, because I have 0 patience and the attention span of a 5 year old, but I just always wanted to do it. Probably so I had unlimited pizza, but mainly so I had unlimited garlic knots. I'm whats wrong with America, really.

Garlic Knots

1lb Pizza Dough
3 T Olive Oil
1/4 T Garlic Powder
1/4 T Dried Oregano 
1/4 T Black Pepper
1/4 T Dried Basil
3 Garlic Cloves, minced

Preheat your oven to 400.
Roll out your pizza dough and cut into slices. Tie a knot into each slice of pizza dough and set on a greased cookie sheet. In a bowl, combined olive oil. garlic powder, oregano, black pepper, basil, and minced garlic. Brush olive oil mixture on top of each knot, and place in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until dough is cooked through.

Blot on a paper towel, then serve with some marinara sauce! Enjoy!
