My favorite salad dressing

Once upon a time I used to hate salad.

In fact, I think when I started this blog I was still in my salad hating phase. Cursing salads name, sticking my tongue out at heads of lettuce, pushing the salad dressing to the back of the fridge so it wouldn't contaminate my precious butter. It was all really mature. And now, almost 1 year later of me eating (and loving!) salads, I think I finally figured out which dressing is my favorite.

Now now. This isn't to be confused with the salad dressings that Applebee's harbors, because OMG I just.. ugh so good, but - this is definitely my favorite "at home" do it yourself dressing.

Super light, super fresh, and just super omgz delicious.

My favorite salad dressing

Makes enough for two small-medium sized salads:
1/2 cup Olive Oil
Juice of 2 lemons
2 Pinches of Salt
1/2 T Black Pepper
1/2 T Sugar
1 Pinch of Paprika 
1 Garlic clove, kept whole

Combined all ingredients in a lid accessible container. Shake it up and store in fridge for at least 24 hours before using.
