Roasted Butternut Squash
1 large Butternut Squash
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon rosemary springs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
preheat your oven to 350.
cut up your squash into cubes. to a bowl, add all ingredients. toss to coat.
on a cookie sheet, add your squash and roast for 40 minutes, turning squash over half way through.
