Pomegranate Sparkler (SO GOOD)

Did I ever tell you how much I love pomegranates? Because I weally, weally do. And yet somehow I don't think its ever come up in conversation between us. Probably because when I write I'm literally talking to myself and there is no one to interrupt my babbles to just say "Hey, P.S, do you love pomegranates?".  And if you would have just asked, I totally would have told you that I live for pomegranate flavored anything and probably love it too much which causes me to end up ordering 4 pomegranate martinis instead of a social number of 2 and then I look crazy and say crazy person pomegranate lover things and nothing ever makes sense. Guys, I really love pomegranates.

But before I tell you how to make this uhamazing holidayish cocktail, I must talk to you about how much I love POM Wonderful juice.

You see, way back when, it used to be so hard to find pomegranate juice in just your regular everyday grocery store. You had to travel to Whole Foods or Trader Joe's or the god forsaken farmers market around this season and nobody ever wants to do that. It is so readily available to us lazy people nowadays and that makes my heart do 7 backflips. Buy this, like 5 minutes ago, and your life will forever be changed. Especially if you're constantly hosting things like I and are always making up new cocktails. And this ain't no advertisement, ya'll.

Lets booze it up, shall we?

pomegranate sparkler

1/2 cup of Orange Juice
1 cup of Pomegranate Juice
1 bottle of Prosecoo. (Prosecco is an Italian Champagne and is amazing and will also change your life forever.)

Combined your orange and pomegranate juice in a pitcher with ice. Mix well, then add in your Prosecco. Mix it up and serve over ice!

Make this at your next holiday event, girls night, or for yourself while you're watching American Horror Story.

Not that I know from experience or anything.
