Guys. You're going to love this one. I promise. Well, only if you like apples. And pancakes. And happiness in general. Because lets face it, if you don't like apples or pancakes then clearly you are a happy hater. Oh, you also need to like cinnamon. And nutmeg. And syrup. Yup I just told you the entire ingredient list.
These . are . so . easy.
And I had them for breakfast this morning and they were amazing. But ignore the fact that my microwave clock below shows the time as 12:15pm because clearly its mistaken because clearly I didn't wake up at noon because clearly I wasn't out at all at a halloween party the night before and clearly didn't get home till like, 5am. Clearly.
Can we just make pancakes already? Stop looking at me like that.
This is what you need my dears. Nothing fancy. Pancake batter, apples, cinnamon, nutmeg, and
syrup to put on top.
Mix your batter according to the ingredients listed on the box (mine is just add water), and then
add in your cinnamon and nutmeg. I put a lot of cinnamon because I love cinnamon. I wish dirt was made out of cinnamon. Not that I'd eat dirt or anything, but, you know what I mean. That made no sense.
Slice your apples into rings and dip each one into your batter. Heat up a skillet on medium-high
and cook apple pancakes for 1-2 minutes on each side.
Please make these tomorrow morning. Or for dinner tonight. Or lunch. Bye.
