See no frosting, Taste no frosting

These delicious cupcakes might look like they have frosting on them, but you mustn't be fooled.
A top of these yummies is chocolate, just chocolate.

These are perfect for kids, since they are essentially mess free, or for people who just aren't
frosting fanatics but still enjoy a good cupcake.. or two.

You'll need:
Cupcakes - I used strawberry cake mix.
Candy Melts (or any meltable chocolate)
A microwave

I used two different colors of candy melts, just to give some options, but using all blue or all
pink is okay, too.

Pour out your chocolate into a bowl, and melt them in the microwave in 30 second bursts.
Nobody likes burnt chocolate.

Take your clean cupcake, free of any toppings, and place it top down into the melted chocolate.

Rotate it a bit to make sure your entire cupcake is coated.
Pull out, and viola.

Place your sprinkles on and set aside to dry.

Lets do one more. This time, pink.

Ta da!

Now set them on a plate, and place them in the refrigerator for about 10 - 15 minutes.

When you take them out, the chocolate will be hardened and look nice and smooth.
Easy to eat and easy to love.

Now take a bite... are you in love yet?
